At 2:44 what was he dead lifting?

It’s an Anerobic Movement designed to promote the highest possible CNS output in the form of cellular respiration of ATP within the Mitochondria for the Hopes of gaining a PR without the chains… Really? ROFLMBO.. Yeah buddy, it’s a deadlift…

The chains add more at the top of the lift. It helps with lockout.
