Rollover to Hurdle Stretch

This dynamic stretch is great for your low back and hamstrings. Start by sitting down and rolling back, trying to touch your toes behind your head. Roll back and into a hurdler stretch, right leg straight, left leg tucked. Hold this position for a few seconds and roll back and switch legs.
