Tricep Extensions with Olympic Plates

Setup & Execution:
Perform tricep extensions on various degrees of an incline bench. Multiple plates or a 100 lb plate can be used.
Benefits:
Tricep strength and shoulder stability while maintaining beneficial elbow and wrist positioning
Neutral grip with DB’s can also be utilzed.
