This is a great exercise to develop your entire back, including the lats. Keeping the bar close to your body, bend forward at the waist and keep a tight arch in your back. Row the barbell into the middle part of your stomach. Be cautious not to use momentum and not to strain your lower back. You can use a wide, medium or close grip. Make sure to keep your head up and maintain good posture. Rows are a must.
