Dumbell Bench is a great way to build your bench press. It hits the triceps and pec’s hard, while forcing you to maintain control of each dumbell separately. There are several ways to perform the exercise to get the desired effect. By keeping your elbows flaired you will put more stress on the pec’s. If you face your palms towards each other with elbows tucked you will hit your triceps hard. Play around with it and let us know what you think.
