Pistol Squat/ Single Leg Squat

This is a true single leg squat. Hold a kettlebell at your chest. Standing on one leg, squat all the way down til your butt touches your calf. Push through your entire foot to stand back up.

These are very difficult. I suggest starting out using just your body weight.
