Standing Grenade Chain Front Raise

 

The grenade ball front raise is a great delt and grip exercise.  By utilizing the chains, it accommodates the resistance and makes the bottom easier.  This is usually where people will use momentum to get things started, will allow you to really focus on contracting the delts.  You can also use a regular stirrup handle or a rope if you are grenade deficient.
