This is a great posterior delt exercise. Using the rack ropes Dave reclines, crosses the ropes, and does a reclined fly. If that wasn’t hard enough already, add the friction of the ropes and you have a tough task ahead.

I noticed that in this video and in the rear delt destroyer video that Dave uses a short range of motion, why is this? Do other muscles take over beyond that? Thanks.
