Bent Over Row w/ Cambered Bar

Check it out!  Here is John Meadows doing a set of rows during a back training session at The S4 Compound.  These are a great upper back, lat, and rear delt builder.  The cambered bench bar allows a greater rang of motion than using a straight bar.  This bar is a great solution for bigger guys too! We all know the gut gets in the way, so why not give yourself a few more inches!   Enjoy
