Grenade Ball Pull Up


 The grenade balls are quickly becoming one of Ted’s favorite peices of equiptment and I can see why.  Check it out as Ted uses them for some pull ups.  These are brutal on your grip and forearms while also really emphasises the contraciton of your lats to get yourself up.  Add a few degree’s of difficulty if you can already knock out a solid set of chins.
