
This is an old favorite from high school. While lying on your back, have a partner stand on either side of your head. Bring your legs up to the partner, keeping them straight. The partner will throw your legs down to the ground.
The goal of this is to not have your legs ever touch the ground. This can be used as a contest during training sessions.
